PARENTS

“Parents, please save up too.” 💔

Not every child will care for you when you grow old.
Some are thoughtful ❤️ … some forget.
Some call you a blessing 🙏 … others see you as a burden.

They’ll have families, bills, and priorities of their own.
And sometimes… parents become the last priority.

So while you’re still strong—save. 💰
Not for luxury.
Not for pride.
But for the day your strength fades.
Because truth is…
What if your children can’t give?
What if they won’t?

📌 The best inheritance isn’t just education or a house—
it’s showing your kids how to be prepared for old age.

And to all children:
No parent is ever a “burden.”
They gave you life—
don’t ever make them feel unwanted. ❤️

TEACH YOUR HEART

Teach your heart
to accept disappointments,
to carry them like weather,
to cradle the silence left
when promises collapse.

Even from the people you love.
Especially from the people you love.
Because love does not erase flaws,
and devotion does not guarantee consistency.

Sometimes, it’s a friend
who forgets the birthday you always remembered.
Sometimes, it’s a parent
who cannot give the tenderness you craved,
even after decades of waiting.
Sometimes, it’s a partner
who promises forever,
but forgets to show up on the ordinary Tuesdays.

And sometimes, it’s your grown child
who doesn’t call as often as they should,
while you sit by the window,
remembering the nights you never slept
because they needed you.

Teach your heart to breathe through these moments.
To forgive without erasing.
To grieve without closing.
To soften without breaking.

In your 20s, disappointments come like thunder,
loud, consuming, unforgettable.
In your 40s, they come like a heavy rain,
predictable, survivable,
you know when to bring an umbrella.
By your 60s, they come like mist,
still chilling,
but you’ve learned how to walk through it
without losing your way.

Teach your heart this:
the people you love will stumble,
just as you will.
They will forget, fail, misunderstand,
just as you have.
And it does not mean
the love was false,
it means the love was human.

So let your heart accept the cracks,
like light filtering through stained glass.
Teach it to hold pain
without making a home out of it.
Teach it to forgive
not to erase the past,
but to free the future.

Because broken trust
is not the end of you,
it is proof you were brave enough to trust at all.

And when your heart grows tired,
remind it:
You are still whole,
even with the disappointments.
You are still worthy,
even with the scars.
You are still love,
even when others forget to be.

MAJOR DHYAN CHAND

NATIONAL SPORTS DAY

In 1936 at the Summer Olympics in Berlin, during one of practice match (hockey) between India and Germany, the latter faced defeat by 1-4. Even though defeated, one India name had managed to trash the German’s sports spirit and that was Major Dhyan Chand.

Adolf Hitler, who had triggered controversies, like walking out stadium abruptly during the matches, throughout the Olympic Games, had attended the final match between India and Germany.

The Indian Hockey team had a staggering win in the final match, went on to grace the Gold medal.Major Dhyan Chand smashed 6 goals of the 8-1 against Germany, leaving Hitler enchanted.

It is said just like his usual self, Hitler couldn’t see his team lose, so he stormed off the stadium halfway through the match.
He later asked for a meeting with Dhyan Chand the next day. Upon receiving his request, the entire Indian contingent was surprised; especially Dhyan Chand, who went numb with fear. Next morning, Hitler invited him for tea and triggered the following conversation (as per an article published on Quora):
Upon his entrance, Hitler took a close view of Dhyan Chand’s footwear, a pair of standard white canvas shoes:

Hitler: What else you do, when not playing hockey?

Dhyan Chand: I am in Army.

Hitler: What is your rank?

Dhyan Chand: I am Lance Nayak.

Hitler: Come over to Germany and I will make you a Field Marshal.
He further offered him German Citizenship and luxuries in exchange for ‘giving up his Indian Citizenship’. This sudden offer shocked Dhyan Chand, who was confused whether the Supreme German was ordering or putting forth an offer.

Embarrassed, he politely turned down the offer saying, “India is my Country, and I am fine there”. The leader had nothing to respond to Dhyan Chand’s patriotic rejection and as the other generals present in the room said, “Herr Hitler stormed off out of the room.”

Even though there’s no mention of the said meeting in the biography of Major Dhyan Chand, but several individuals who were present during the 1936 Olympics claim that Adolf Hitler was indeed captivated by Indian Hockey Legend Dhyan Chand.

His deft stick-work and amazing ball control not only enthralled Indians back at home (Pre-Independence era) but also his opponents and spectators at International grounds.

Of all the major miracles that happened in his lifetime, this one particular incident has continued to motivate and inspire many across the world.

LOYALTY OF A WOMAN

🍀🙌🪐 Once she detaches, that's it
You'll never get the same version of her again.
You see, she gave you the purest version of herself, the woman who loved without limits, forgave without hesitation. She showed up with a heart full of hope and hands willing to build something real with you. But you mistook her loyalty for weakness, her patience and her softness for something you could manipulate.

And when she finally reached her breaking point, something inside her shifted. Not out of revenge, but out of survival. Her spirit closed the doors that once swung wide open for you.
And when she lets go, it's permanent. Because the version of her that loved you blindly, hoping you'd change, that version no longer exists. So cherish her while she's yours, because once she detaches, she's gone in ways you'll never be able to reach again.
MINDSET

CHOOSE YOURSELF

Maybe I’m single for a reason — and maybe that reason isn’t something broken that needs fixing. Maybe it’s not a punishment or some sign that I’m falling behind. Maybe it’s just that this time alone is necessary. Maybe it's here to help me unlearn the patterns I kept repeating, to show me what I’ve been settling for, and to remind me that love isn’t supposed to feel like proving my worth. For once, I’m not rushing to fill the quiet. I’m starting to see that being on my own doesn’t mean I’m missing out — it means I’m making space for something real, whenever it’s ready.
There’s a certain power in realizing I don’t need to chase connection just to feel valuable. I’m learning to enjoy my own company, to be the kind of partner I’ve always wanted — steady, honest, kind. And when love does come, I want it to find me at peace, not desperate. I want it to be a choice, not a need. Until then, I’ll keep growing, healing, and trusting that being single isn’t a gap in my life — it’s a chapter with its own purpose, and I’m learning to honor it.

A MEANINGFUL LIFE

In a world where people chase wealth, popularity, and perfection, it’s easy to forget what truly matters. Society tells us that success is about numbers — the size of your bank balance, the followers on your profile, or the image you project. But in reality, a meaningful life has nothing to do with these things.

✨ Being rich doesn’t guarantee happiness.
Money can buy comfort, but it cannot buy peace of mind, love, or true companionship. There are countless people with riches who feel empty inside.

✨ Being popular doesn’t guarantee love.
Fame brings attention, but not necessarily genuine connection. You can be surrounded by a crowd and still feel lonely.

✨ Being perfect doesn’t guarantee fulfillment.
The pursuit of perfection often leaves us exhausted, insecure, and disconnected from our true selves. Perfection is an illusion — authenticity is reality.

🌸 What makes life truly meaningful is far simpler and far deeper:

Being real – living authentically, without masks, without pretending to be who you’re not.

Being humble – recognizing that no matter how much we achieve, we are all equal travelers on the same journey of life.

Being kind – choosing compassion over judgment, love over hate, and generosity over selfishness.

💡 At the end of our lives, people won’t remember the labels, the wealth, or the trophies we collected. They’ll remember the way we made them feel. They’ll remember our kindness, our honesty, our love, and the moments we touched their hearts.

🌿 Live real. Stay humble. Spread kindness. That is where true wealth and meaning are found.

A BUDDHIST REMINDER

Loneliness can feel heavy. In those quiet moments, the mind often whispers: “Maybe I should settle… maybe being with someone, anyone, is better than being alone.” But the truth is, nothing is more dangerous than compromising your values just to fill an empty space.

✨ Why You Shouldn’t Settle:

1. Loneliness is temporary, regret is not – The wrong relationship can steal years of your peace, energy, and joy. Being alone is far kinder to your soul than being trapped with someone who doesn’t honor your worth.

2. Self-respect attracts real love – When you refuse to lower your standards, you signal to the world that you know your value. The right person will rise to meet it; the wrong ones will fall away.

3. Peace is better than company that drains you – Loneliness is silence. Wrong company is chaos. Between the two, silence is always wiser.

4. Being alone builds strength – Solitude teaches you self-love, independence, and clarity. It allows you to discover who you are before sharing life with someone else.

5. Wrong relationships cost more than loneliness ever will – Settling for less may seem to ease loneliness for a moment, but it leads to heartbreak, mistrust, and emotional scars.

🌸 A Buddhist Reminder:
The Buddha taught that attachment rooted in fear only brings suffering. Love should come from fullness, not emptiness. Wait for a connection that nurtures peace, kindness, and growth—not one that feeds your loneliness but starves your spirit.

💡 Remember:
It is always better to walk alone with dignity than to walk with someone who makes you forget your worth.

✨ Be patient. Protect your standards. The right people will find you when you refuse to settle for less than you deserve.

TAKE NOTHING PERSONALLY

One of the greatest freedoms you can ever experience in life is learning not to take things personally.

✨ Someone doesn’t like you? That’s their choice, not your problem.
✨ Someone judges you? That judgment reflects their own inner world, not who you truly are.
✨ Someone doesn’t want to be part of your life anymore? Bless them, let them go, and make space for people who truly value your presence.

The truth is: what people say, do, or think about you is filtered through their own pain, beliefs, fears, and insecurities. It’s rarely about you at all. When you stop absorbing every word, action, or rejection as a personal attack, you liberate yourself from unnecessary suffering.

💡 Remember: YOU are the creator of your own life. Your worth is not defined by how others treat you. Your peace is too precious to hand over to people who don’t see your value.

Instead of worrying about who doesn’t approve of you, focus on living in alignment with your values, your joy, and your growth. The more you stop personalizing everything, the lighter your heart becomes, and the more energy you have to pour into what truly matters.

🌸 Protect your peace.
🌸 Let go of unnecessary attachments.
🌸 Live free, love yourself, and move forward gracefully.

Because real strength lies in this simple truth: Nothing they do can shake who you are inside — unless you let it.

RISHI PANCHAMI 28/08/2025

𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗶

Within the vast landscape of ancient wisdom, the Sapta Rishis stand as luminous pillars, guiding seekers toward profound knowledge. It is important to note that Rishis are generally householders and none of the Sapta Rishis are Sannyasis. These seven Rishis are: Kashyapa, Atri, Bharadwaja, Vishvamitra, Gautama Maharishi, Jamadagni and Vashishtha.

The Bhagavad Gita explains:

"The seven great sages and, before them, the four other great sages and the Manus [progenitors of mankind] are born out of My mind, and all creatures on these planets descend from them" (10.6).

Therefore, in Sanatana Dharma, when someone introduces any puja or official functions like marriage, Veda education, or any samskaras, they show the connection to one of the Sapta Rishis called a gotra. The link to such Rishis is called Gotra, which in turn is connected to a group of knowledge.

The overemphasis on Jati for the wrong reason has nothing to do with sastra or scriptures. However, during marriage, one was not allowed to marry from the same gotra. Ayurveda, Jyotishya Shastra, and tradition discouraged people from marrying within the same gotra.

The Rishis were seekers and seers of the truth and encouraged their students to experience what the Rishis experienced, rather than imposing their ideas.

Therefore, one does not see a cult-like status around the Rishis. But it is important to offer one's gratitude to the Rishis who left behind an immense storehouse of knowledge for us to explore and experience, instead of blindly following.

Today marks the day when Sapta Rishis are remembered all over Bharata. Find out your Gotra and Rishi, it would be the best gratitude one can offer to the great Rishis, who have illuminated the path of wisdom for generations to come.

WHY SO MANY LADIES ARE UNHAPPY IN THEIR MARRIAGE

WHY SO MANY LADIES ARE UNHAPPY IN THEIR MARRIAGE 💔👩‍🦱

It’s not always because they married the “wrong” person. Sometimes, it’s because over time, the love, attention, and care that once existed have been replaced with neglect, entitlement, and silence.

Many women feel UNAPPRECIATED — their efforts in holding the home together, caring for the children, supporting their husband, and keeping the family running often go unnoticed. They hear complaints more than thank yous.

They suffer from LACK OF REST— constantly juggling cooking, cleaning, childcare, work, and emotional labor, without a real break. For some, even sickness isn’t enough reason to rest, because “the house must run.”

They feel UNHEARD — their thoughts, feelings, and needs are brushed aside as “nagging” or “overreacting.” Communication becomes one-sided, where the man speaks and the woman is expected to listen, but her voice carries little weight.

They live with EMOTIONAL LONELINESS — being in the same house, sleeping on the same bed, yet feeling unseen and unloved. Physical presence without emotional connection is one of the heaviest burdens a woman can bear.

Many are also OVERWHELMED, carrying responsibilities alone, because “that’s a woman’s duty.” Marriage becomes a job, not a joy.

Truth is, women don’t just want material provision; they want love, attention, partnership, understanding, and true friendship in marriage. A woman’s heart blossoms when she feels safe, valued, and heard. But when she is reduced to a servant, silenced, or overlooked, her smile fades and her light dims.

Marriage should be a place of rest, not a battlefield where love dies in silence.

💬 Dear husbands, it’s not too late notice her, appreciate her, listen to her, protect her peace, and give her the love you promised.

WALK ALONE

When God Asks You to Walk Alone

Sometimes, everyone leaves.
Friends fade.
Family doesn’t understand.
Even your prayers feel unanswered.

It isn’t punishment.
It’s preparation.

God clears the path—not so
you can suffer,
but so you can see who you really are without applause or advice.

In solitude, masks fall off.
You learn which desires were truly yours,
and which were borrowed from the crowd.

The great ones all walked alone.
Buddha under the Bodhi tree.
Shankaracharya across the land.
Meera singing to an empty palace.

Aloneness is not emptiness.
It is training.
You learn to hear the still, soft voice inside—
the one drowned out by constant noise.

The Dharma of Solitude is simple:
Walk with courage.
Stay with yourself.
Keep faith when no one else does.

Because once you pass this test,
you’ll never fear loneliness again.
And when God finally sends people back into your life—
you’ll know exactly who belongs.

Excellent poem by Gulzar ...touched heart ....

Really He is a Legend ❤❤❤
And i am a big fan of him
His poetries portrays  reality of life, reality of friends and reality of love ❤❤❤❤

Wishing him a very healthy and prosperous life 😊😊😊

THE GOD WHO STAYS

People leave.
Seasons change.
Even the ones you thought were forever
become memories.

But Krishna stays.

Not always in the way you expect.
Not always in the form you recognise.
Sometimes He’s the stranger who helps you when no one else stops.
Sometimes He’s the strength you find at 3 a.m. when you thought you had none left.
Sometimes He’s the sudden peace in the middle of a storm you can’t control.

He stayed with Draupadi when she was alone in a hall of enemies.
He stayed with Sudama in his hut of bare walls and empty pots.
He stayed with Arjuna when the whole world looked like a battlefield.

Krishna doesn’t promise that life will never break you.
He promises that when it does,
you won’t be alone in the pieces.

This Janmashtami, remember—
the same One who stole,
danced,
left,
hid,
whispered,
and played…
never left you for a moment.

And never will.
