“Let go of people who disturb your peace” means choosing your mental, emotional, and inner well-being over relationships that consistently cause stress, confusion, or pain.
It doesn’t mean you hate them or wish them harm. It means you recognize that their presence disrupts your calm, drains your energy, or keeps you stuck in unhealthy patterns. Letting go is an act of self-respect, not selfishness.
Peace is not something to negotiate. Anyone who repeatedly disturbs it is showing you where boundaries are needed. Sometimes growth requires distance, not confrontation.
